Hanife Tuba SAĞCAN, lawyer, born in Ankara, completed her primary and secondary education at Ankara Demirlibahçe Primary Education School, and then graduated from Ankara Kocatepe Mimar Kemal High school with high degree (2nd Best). Having graduated from tle Faculty of Law, University of Seljuk she has been already  attending for her Master’s Degree to Konya University of Seljuk, Social Sciences Institute, at the Department of Public Law.

Having completed her bachelor’s degree education she accomplished her law internship under  Ankara Bar Association and then   she has been practicing her profession as Lawyer/Attorney in her own Law Office called “ Aslan Law Office” as registered in Ankara Bar Association  since 2008. Furthermore, she worked as teacher/instructor  in relation with the field of law in the year 2011  at a private Teaching Institution, she has been working as Expert in Law since 2013.  She speaks English, married and is mother of 1 child.

Hanife Tuba SAĞCAN, the Lawyer, attending on-the-job training seminaries conducted by Ankara Bar Association, qualified to earn Certificate of Information Technology Law,   Certificate of Public Procurement Law, CMK (Criminal Procedure Act) Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Attendance in the European Human Rights Training Seminar , European Union Training Certificate . At the same time she has been provided with Computer Operating Certificate and Certificate of Notary Public.

“Aslan Law Office” (Aslan Avukatlık Bürosu) has been proceeding with its activities on various fields of the law. All renovations and developments in law and legislation have been followed up closely, legal counselling in writing and orally has been provided to Clients and all legal assistance and advice has been afforded to them.
